Yes, I finished it the day after it came out....
Not really sure what my favorite part of it was. But I do know that I like Sebastian even more now....even though he's a sick, twisted, disgusting human being. It's all really attractive to me somehow hahah. I will say that my LEAST favorite part was what happened with Magnus and Alec at the end.

Chairman meow is the freaking cutest thing.
MAGNUS AND ALEC

She wrote it so well though , so incredibly heartbreakingly well.
Sebastian being a nice brother was actually pretty cute.
Izzy and Simon are so sweet.
and i'm not sure why but Jocelyn annoys me quite a lot.
I'm not sure if i can stand waiting for the next book

Also, one last thing:

Probably one of my favorite things about CoLS is all the refs to Clockwork Angel. Jace saying he's afraid of ducks (must be a Herondale thing, haha), the clockwork angel in the library, The Tale of Two Cities with the note from Will, and the book about demon pox.

To be honest with you all,
I feel the series should have ended after book three. There was a solid and sensible ending with things healing from the war.
But nope.
The fourth one was... ok. And I liked it pureply for Jace's mango.
But this... I'm tired of Sebastian, Malec was the reason I kept going and I dont like Simon with Izzy.
So while I adore Cassandra's ideas and style and characters...
I feel she should just focus on Infernal Devices.

I guess that makes sense and book three did have a nice 'ending' wher ethings could have been over and all would be well, but i didn't actually like the series UNTILL book three. I thought it was okay , but i pretty much only rea dit because of Magnus Bane and his glittery awesomeness X)
So i was a little bit happy for more books because i actually began to enjoy them more.
