The owner of the picture is 3-23-12 | tumblr, as shown in the picture. Hats off to them!

The quote "Hold on to this lullaby, even when the music's gone." is from the song "Safe and Sound" of the Hunger Games soundtrack. I assume that the creator of this picture assumed that this song was about Rue and Katniss.
