I adore Norse mythology. If he does write it, i know that Loki will be epic. He's supposed to be like, the trickster god, the I-will-do-whatever-the-hades-i-want guy, and all of the gods are always pissed off at him for various things. seems like the reason they are always upset with him is because he knows more than the rest. He's the one who found out about the misletoe that could kill balder. He is the one who devised a way to make sure the giant didnt finish building the bridge on time. And he's the one the humans generally seemed to pray to when they had no one else to turn to. It wasnt till much later in the myths that he became associated with the more devious handiwork. I believe that was also around the time when christianity was brought to scandanavia. Pity for Loki he got saddled wth being evil. Not to mention what happened with his kids.

I was first introduced into Mythology by J.R.R Tolkien and adored it greatly, then I read Rick's books, and was quite amazed, and grew more into it. Then I read Michael Scott's books, and grew even more fascinated into Mythology. Any sort of Mythology catches my eyes. Roman, Egyptian, Greek, and Norse. I'm more fan of Greek and Roman, than the other two. But- it is a fact, that I love Mythology.

I'm more familiar with Greek mythology honestly. Its the first one I honestly studied. Not so much Roman, though I know a bit of the Hindu pantheon. Monster wise...my best knowledge is of Greek, Japanese and Norse.
Wonder if we'll ever see them fight any japanese monsters. Or any celtic ones.

Woah you're so super duper amazingly knowledgable. I'm not really that familiar with norse mythology, I haven't studied it or anything. But from what i've read his kids did get a pretty raw deal, but then again he wasn't really the most devoted father.

Besides the fact that one daughter was queen of Nieflheim, one was a wolf who ate the hand of another god, one was a serpant large enough to circle the world, and thats not even going into his two kids by Sigryn who were killed and then used to restrain him while poison dripped down on him. One of those kids who was killed by Odin.

I know odin did. haha Norse demigods ftw!

Its a thought provoker. Especially when you take into account the entirety behind the norse myths. With asgard, Vahalla, and Yggdrasil. Thats a whole lots of worlds and realms. And Odin was called "All-Father" as in everyones father, so I think its entirely possible. And if they could have relationships and children with giants, then kids from mortals is possible. I just dont remember any from the top of my head.
