I like Snow more. I think he was more evil (I mean look at what he did to most of the Victor's! He ruined their lives), but he was more interesting, was smarter, actually told the truth and was all around a better villain.

OMG THAT MADE MY ENTIRE DAY Anyways, to quote Capt. Sparrow (cause I can ), "A dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for..." So, Snow automatically wins cause he's honest, and quite frankly, honest villians are better, because their always right, even when you don't want them to be (totally logical, right?).

Snow! Even though I don't LOVE the character, I prefer him over Coin any day. Coin seemed kinda, what's the word, like she didn't care for anybody. You know? Like when Katniss wanted the captured people in the capitol to be treated normally once they were safe, and Coin didn't want to. She wanted to punish people for being tortured. Even after Peeta totally saved their butts.

I think Snow is a very interesting character, even though he gives me the creeps.
Coin's just a mofo.

Snow was deceptive indeed, but his character actually had depth unlike Coin. Coin rather just irritated me every time she got in the way of Katniss. President Snow played the perfect antagonist. Another beautiful piece to Suzanne Collins creation.

^Couldn't agree more. Snow was one of the more in depth characters, even though he was a villain who was pretty much 100% bad.

Definitely Snow. He was honest, whereas. Coin was a lying prick.

I know what you're saying though, he was a villain that made me stop and think and be like "Wow this guy is really messed up, but some of his ideas actually make sense- from a villain standpoint at least"

I definitely preferred Snow to Coin. Like you guys all said, he promised not to lie to Katniss from the beginning, and he stuck to it. He was honest, at least. Evil, but honest nonetheless.
Coin, on the other hand, made herself seem like the good guy, when she was really just evil and cunning all along.
So yeah, I definitely preferred Snow.

Snow reminds me too much of Roger Chillingworth from the Scarlet Letter. You never know if he's trying to be your friend or trying to kill you. At least with coin, you know that she doesn't like you.
