I only just noticed I fucked up my spelling of "partially". I'm now trying to think of a definition for "partically", so that I can justify it in future. Maybe a mix between "practically", "partically" and "particularly"? xD
Have you read the LoTR books? Just a heads up, if you ever do (and haven't already), skip the part with Tom Bombadil. It's irrelevant to the storyline, they haven't even left the frikkin Shire yet, and it's written, basically, in nonsense.
What annoys me about Moffat's smugness is that, essentially, he's a playwright. Modern day equivalent of the guys that used to sit there, destitute, getting 0% credit and writing in dingy rooms in London. And it's not even as though he wrote Sherlock on his own. Gatiss co-wrote, and he's nowhere near as impressed with himself. Or, at the least, he has the common sense not to make it so obvious.
Moffat bloody sits there on the commentaries, with his smug little voice, trying to get as many words in as possible, and it's like... No. No, Moffat, i do not want to listen to you. I'm not interested in the lines you cut. I'm interested in hearing the actors talk about their experiences of filming, not how you bloody wrote it.
Especially when Benedict is so witty, and Martin is so honest, and Lara Pulver is so amazing, and there were about twenty acotrs in that show who I would have preferred to listen to over Moffat's grating, annoying little voice. Urgh. I mean, why could we not get Rupert Graves in on the commentaries? Or Andrew Scott? Or Una Stubbs?
Then again, I think I'd rather listen to a sermon than a conversation involving Moffat. He just bugs me. He just... He has this air of self-importance, and it annoys me. Haha. Not biased at all, me. xD
