Which was your favorite? Personally I love the idea of the Weeping Angels. My brother bought me a miniature one for Christmas.

I love the weeping angels! Where did he buy the weeping angel? I've been looking for one! I have to say that my favorite is either The Master, the Weeping Angels, or the Empty Child/Nanogenes...not really sure... I love them all!

The Master. Hands down. Followed closely by the Vashta Nerada.

The Vashda Nerada, the Weeping Angels, and the Empty Child... Weren't all these monsters created by Steven Moffat? I'm pretty sure he wrote those episodes... In my opinion they are the best because they are the ones that gave me nightmares. Imagine my horror when I found out that Steven Moffat was taking over from Russel. T. Davies

I definitely agree there. I find that Steven Moffat is better at coming up with one part or two part episodes because the aliens that they are fighting die and never come back because it would get a bit boring if they did come back. I really hope they bring Davies back because, while Moffat's aliens beat Davies', I really like the way Davies brings a the characters AND the monsters back for the season finale

I honestly doubt they will bring back Davies. Especially since he was the one who stepped down. And Moffet is better. Better with characters, better with plots, better with monsters. Moffet is just better.
Speaking of the difference...why am I the only one who listed the Master as one of my favorite Adversary's?

I love the way the Master seems to balance the Doctor, and how they are the only ones to know what the hell the other's on about. But unlike the other adversaries, if you saw the Master in the street or something, he wouldn't immediately scare you. He looks kind of normal( or he did before you could see his skull), and if he thought you weren't important he'd leave you alone( unless he was hungry and wanted to eat you....). On second thought, the Master is completely insane and disturbing. What's not to love?

haha It is also amazing how many people ship Master/Doctor..... that ship is a bigger and older minefield that the Doctor/rose ship. Enter at your own peril always keeping in mind which doctor and master it is.

Does "Bad Wolf" count? I know it sounds ridiculous, but I loved the idea. My friends wrote "Bad Wolf" on ALL of my school stuff and nothing had ever seemed creepier.

Bad wolf was Rose though... It was a great idea, but I have trouble seeing Rose as a threat to the Doctor ( And yes I ship Rose/Doctor).And your friends must have been evil! The whole "Bad Wolf" thing everywhere really creeped me out too-I can't imagine how I'd react if it was written all over my stuff

Technically, Bad wolf wasn't an adversary of the Doctor. It was merely the presence of the time stream inside of Rose. Bad Wolf is more of a warning than of an adversary.

That's why I asked if it really counted or not. Though it's not really an adversary, it still stuck with me! And it freaked the Doctor out once he realized how often it stalked him. I just loved the idea of Bad Wolf. It's so cool! And then when Rose is told "There's something of the wolf in you" in season 2!? So so so cool to me!
