So because Torchwood is a spinoff of Doctor Who, I decided to put a Torchwood thread here as opposed to adding another fandom. I guess I will start this off with who is your favorite character? I kind of liked Owen, he was so sarcastic! Haha although Ianto and Jack and Gwen and Tosh and Rhys are awesome too!

Yeah! I didn't see season three yet, because I was so upset about everyone dying, but I know about Ianto D: it makes me want to watch it even less. And then I heard that that they moved to America ....I think that would ruin it... And that is really saying something considering I live in America. I love Owen, although he really needs to get his priorities straight haha. And Gwen needs to just stick with Rhys! It's like what happened with Rose and Mickey all over again!

Season 3 was the best in my opinion. Very sad but the best season. Miracle day went downhill from CoE. You might hate me for this but I never liked Owen and Tosh as a couple. I like Tosh and Tommy and Owen and Diane. I sort of liked Gwen and Jack untill the middle of season 2 (something borrowed).

I agree with that. I kind of liked Tosh and Mary or Tosh and Adam. But Tommy works too. As for Owen, I didn't mind when he was with Gwen other than the fact that he was really rude about it (but then again, it might just be his personality) I just feel bad for Rhys. Gwen keeps ditching him, although I'm really glad she finally told him about TW. Is it just me or was the season 1 finale really bad? I mean, it seemed kind of cliche with the giant monster that kills people with it's shadow (although I was really happy that they actually had the bit with the Doctor's hand in there).

Oh and I love Janto Rhys was great in series 3, they worked really well together then, I'm very glad she told him. My friend and I today watched the episode before the two part ending for series 1 and we found out that we both really didn't like the end of series 1. So its not just you. The end of series 2 had an amazing story line it was just so sad!

Haha yeah. It was good. Other than the fact that there were 5 captain Jack Harkness' in Europe during WWI 1. The Jack that meets the Doctor and Rose in the Empty Child 2. The Jack who was living out his life on the slow path because his vortex manipulator broke 3. The real Captain Jack Harkness from whom Jack stole his name 4. The Jack who works for Torchwood that accidentally ended up going back to the real Jack's time period 5. The Jack who was either buried under the city or frozen in the Torchwood morgue.

WWII actually but the point still stands.HA HA there was wasn't there. What is they all met up? There's an episode idea for Steven Moffat, take the doctor back to WWII and get him to meet up with 4 Jacks ( not including the one from under the city). Well 3 if you don't want to include the Real Jack Harkness.

I finished it. The ending almost made my cry!!! Forget Ianto, I was sad about Jack's grandson!!!!!! He is so horrible! Is there another season after it? I knew Ianto was coming, so it wasn't surprisingly sad even though I love Ianto. Jacks grandson however, I was balling my eyes out, for Jacks sake as well as jacks daughter and grandson. Imagine if you had that choice! Russell T Davies didn't want the grandson to die, but he got called a soft Welshman and had to change it. Also the death of Frobisher was sad as well, and in the end he needn't have done it! Yes there is another series after it, Miracle Day. While CoE is really fantastic, Miracle Day is fairly dull and stretched. The only reason I watched it was to say that I'd watched it,if that makes sense. And do not watch it all in a row. After about 5 episodes it gets quite boring but episode 7 (?) is pretty good. It's one of those things that could have been done in 5 episodes instead of 10.
