Does anyone here listen to Wizard Rock? Have you seen any bands live in concert or at cons? What songs/bands do you like the most? My all time, number one favorite is Ministry of Magic. I also enjoy Gred and Forge, Oliver Boyde and the Remembralls, and The Moaning Myrtles (they're hilarious), Lets Lumos along with others. W-Rock songs bring me to tears more than an other music out there (except maybe Start Wars scores). Favorite songs: Bravest Man I Ever Knew - Ministry of Magic Brothers Lament - Lets Lumos Ginny Gets Around - Gred and Forge I was on YouTube one day and saw a music video for an adorable song called "Wizard Love" by MeekaKitty feat. Hellogoodbye. It's really adorable, I'd suggest checking it out! It reminds me of Lily and Snape.

That song is the one that first introduced me to wrock!! I'm pretty new to the wrock world. The only band I've really listened to is Ministry of Magic, and I love their music. I'm definitely going to check out the other bands you mentioned.

There are seriously hundreds of W-Rock bands. You could just Google it or go on YouTube and find a buunch of songs. You should also look up the song called Potions Yesterday. A lot of W-Rock bands have remade it, so it doesn't really matter which one you listen to. You should also check this site out c: wizardrock.org/

It was a huge Wrock convention in Missouri. Since a lot of the good bands have broken up (like the parslemouths), it isn't as good as it once was. The first year was really awesome They had all of the really good bands and a lot of fun activities (like a triwizard tournament that involved you having to sing to a 'dragon' haha like in avpm ). not to mention that it was held at a ymca camp next to a lake we got to do all sorts of absurd camp stuff I think they have it this year. If they do, then it is being held by Brian from Draco and the Malfoys... I'm not sure, but Wrockstock may have the world record for largest group hug... although I doubt it..

That sounds awesome!! I'd love to go if it happens this year, but I doubt I'll be able to.

The Annoying part is that it is in the middle of nowhere Missouri... Anyone trying to find it with a GPS....well, let's just say that someone must have literally put up muggle defences because every single GPS gets confused about five miles before you reach the actual camp

It's really fun, but the good bands stopped coming Don't get me wrong, They are still really good, but bands like MOM and the Parselmouths weren't invited back for some reason
