Hello, Swimming is a great but a low impact exercise that means when you exercise on land such as walking or running, you put a lot of pressure on your joints and bones but you swim, water acts as a cushion and it helps to prevent stress on your joints and bones. Swimming keeps you active and fit as it increases your metabolism and burns a lot of calories, this exercise gives you excitement, joy and fun as well as health.
